The solar panels are covered in lichen and moss, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. More concerning, however, is the condition of the DC cables, which are precariously hanging from the panels and in contact with the metal roof. This poses a serious safety hazard, as the cables are at risk of overheating on hot days, potentially leading to cable melting and the initiation of an arc fire. Immediate corrective action is essential to address these issues and ensure the system’s safety and reliability.
