Very happy with Perfect Solar Power. They were a pleasure to deal with for my solar panel installation. There is shade over my roof at some times of the year and they designed a system to help deal with that. I very much appreciated them being realistic in their projections about what I could expect during shade so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed. Elliott from Perfect Solar Power is their "front man". Unlike other's I'd required a quote form, Elliott came to the site (which is awkward with heavy shading) to custom tailor a solar system and document what it would be able to do. To maximise output on such a difficult site we settled on 56 x Enphase Panels with micro convertors. The install team is lead by Tom and assisted by Corey and “Turbo”. Tom and his team are very precise and professional. They had the entire system installed over 3 Days. Tom loves it if you are onsite and offer to help! Post install documentation and support is immaculate. Shout out to Lucy in the back office on this. That is all well and good… but how did the system perform VS what was promised? The proposal doco said I’d get an estimated 23.2 kw/h in July. I got (over a week) an average of 28.07kw/h so 121% of what was promised. I could not recommend Perfect Solar Power more highly over the others I sought quotes from as 1) Visited the site, 2) Put the systems expected output in writing, 3) Installation was immaculate and timely, 4) Output of the system was above that expected.

These guys are fantastic, super professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Perfect Solar Power to anyone. Ontop of my house solar in Sydney, the boys also took on a special project to design and prepare a fully off grid solar and battery system for a house on an island in Fiji. This stand alone power system was pre built in Sydney, the board pre wired meticulously and everything explained and prepared so well that we could install it ourselves with limited experience. I was so so impressed with how helpful and professional these guys are, Elliot took several phone calls while I was in Fiji to guide me through certain questions I had in real time. Thanks boys!

Perfect Solar did an excellent job! Our roof has curves and tricky elements, and so it was essential that we got someone who actually came to the site rather than just doing it from google maps! They adjusted to our site needs and we ended up with a good looking, well functioning product. They were able to source other products as required. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I am a tough marker but I can say that these guys are the ones you want on your roof. I wanted a solar array installed on the roof of my home. Another leading solar company told me it was too hard for them to do because it would take too much time and they were too busy. I called Perfect Solar and spoke with Elliott Lane who promptly came to my home and conducted a site inspection. I was assured that Perfect Solar had the know-how and experience. The installation team, Tom and Smiley went about the task of installing the solar array over four different facing roofs in a prompt and efficient manner. I can highly recommend Perfect Solar Power for your residential solar/battery installation. This was actually the first Tesla battery install the guys had done, so there was a little to learn about how to hoist the battery onto the wall. They persevered and got it done so it looks very slick. But this is more why I would recommend this firm. Firstly, Elliott is by far the most professional sales manager/ installer I've met in the solar industry and I've sampled a few. He worked very hard to get the business, being informative and helpful without being at all pushy. Was a pleasure to deal with. Elliott went above and beyond in looking after me as a client and keeping me informed which I really appreciated. Secondly, Tom the electrician is meticulous and goes out of his way to make sure the install looks good and works. You won't find better. Thirdly I found the firm's documentation and systems really professional and slick. Im sure you may find a cheaper installer out there for any particular kit you choose, but they will certainly not leave you feeling more comfortable than PSP that everything was done properly. Early in May we requested a quotation from Perfect Solar Power to supply a new solar system for our home. After Elliott visited our home, we received a very comprehensive quote outlining two alternate systems which would be suitable for us. Upon choosing the system which best suited our requirements, we contacted Elliott who ordered the equipment after payment of a deposit. Our system was installed on the 3rd June. Having recently built our new home, it was a no brainer to get solar panels installed. Having purchased a Solar System in April 2018 being a Solar X, we one day found that our Inverter had blown up, the installer negligently installed an Inside Inverter on the outside. This immediately made the warranty void and of course the installer has gone out of business ..so no claim.Perfect Solar came recommended to us thus our happiness was being restored because they followed up within 24 hrs, made an appointment to visit in the next few days, and then quoted and we proceeded the next Saturday. All during the process Tom Snell was informative, pleasant to deal with and his work was clean and tidy on site. We were connected to Analytical reporting the same day and instruction was easy to follow. I wish I had met these guys 2 yrs ago and I would have had quality equipment and be hassle free. Solar power equipment is not cheap so buyer be ware of " made in China". I would recommend Perfect Solar Power or at least talk to them they know their products.
